1. Assumption of Risk

I, the User, acknowledge that participating in pickup sports (including but not limited to Football, Soccer, Basketball, Baseball / Softball, etc.) involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to:

• Physical injury (sprains, fractures, concussions, or permanent disability).
• Overexertion or cardiovascular incidents.
• Injuries caused by terrain, facilities, equipment, or the actions/negligence of other participants.

I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with my participation, even if arising from the negligence of the Released Parties.

2. Physical Fitness Warranty

I hereby represent that I am in good health and in proper physical condition to participate in the activities I join through the App. I acknowledge that Allezu has not screened my medical history and that it is my sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to any physical exertion.

3. Release, Waiver, and Covenant Not to Sue

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, and forever discharge Allezu (including its officers, employees, and developers), the Event Organizer, and the Venue Owner/Operator (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of my participation.

This release includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury, death, or property damage sustained during an event.
• The actions, omissions, or ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.
• Disputes regarding game rules, venue safety, or equipment quality.

I expressly agree that I will not initiate any lawsuit or legal proceeding against the Released Parties regarding the risks assumed in this agreement. I further waive the protection of any statutory provision (such as California Civil Code Section 1542) which provides that a general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist.

4. Emergency Medical Treatment

I authorize the Organizer or other participants to seek emergency medical treatment for me if I am unable to act on my own behalf. I agree that I am solely responsible for any costs associated with such medical care.

5. Equipment & Venue Acknowledgement

I acknowledge that the Released Parties do not necessarily own or maintain the equipment or facilities used. I agree to inspect the field/court and my own equipment prior to play. If I perceive any unsafe conditions, I will immediately notify the Organizer and remove myself from play.

6. Player Conduct

I agree to abide by the rules of the sport and the specific instructions of the Organizer. I understand that any "reckless" or "intentional" harm I cause to others is my sole legal responsibility and may result in a permanent ban from Allezu.

7. Binding Agreement

This Waiver applies to any and all events, games, or practices joined via Allezu. By clicking "I Agree," you acknowledge that you have read this document in its entirety and understand that you are surrendering substantial legal rights.
